   Jill, The daughter, Cooks the breakfasts, does the washing, looks after the staffing and our two children.

   Dave, ME, The son in law, Licensee, General Manager, Barman, handyman, web page designer (I spend too much time on this thing too) and all round dog's body.

   Lee, Front of house Manager. Yes he's back having completed his 6 month training course at the "Con Club"

   Val, Yes our Auntie Val is back!!. Relief Chef and THE greatest Pie maker in the West. Just part time at the moment which is probably just as well considering the current size of my Girth!

    Harri, Head waitress, second chef, bar maid and part time model.

    Hannah, (Wizzer) Not exactly sure of Hannah's role title as yet. She never stands still long enough for me to ask! Barmaid, waitress, kitchen assistant and cleaner all appear to be in her repertoire.

    Ben, Our New Chef replacing Carl who has left for pastures New. We wish him well

   Margaret, Our new housekeeper and Jackie's (remember Jackie?) Mum. Joan has at last left us after nearly 9 years, for pastures new, we all wish her well and will miss her.

   Jade, Has been with us a while now part time as waitress and Kitchen hand. The only true Cornish Celt  amongst us.
